I watched a little of each. technique won't leave you. I'd say good overall, just put your legs into your punches more.

Looks good, do you have any boxing experience? Sparring experience? Other then that, looks good, looks like you're focusing a lot on the speed, try sit down on some of the punches, try not to stiffen up too much, when you hear a coach/trainer say sit down on your punches, he really means it. Try loosen up a litte, other then that.. looks great man, keep up the good job and don't listen to the ***gits on here hating :deal
ye m8 i box i do spar but as i said further up it was my first time back since a bad injury and me m8 said he wanted to see what it was like in are gym so i did some vids
