When you throw a left uppercut follow it with a r hook.
Good stuff though, all the best tell us how it goes.

i'm no expert so I can't really say much, but what came to mind is how after each sequence rather than set back into your initial position you seem to admire your work or not really admire your work but its like "ok I'm done".

That's what I'm saying. It looked Miguel Cottoish.

Do they teach people to move like Cotto out in the PR?

Its funny you say that because Omar Henry fights the same way. LOL!

I have no idea, never trained in PR. Just comes natural I guess. Maybe from going to all the Cotto fights. Been to like 10 of them.

Im also like 15 pounds over my fighting weight. I have 2 months to shed it. Might look a little sluggish.

The jab, the hunched over type of stance, etc all look very Cotto styles.

Dont want to bash you but you need to keep your elbows tucked in and work hard on your footwork.

I can offer you a lot of feedback if you are open to criticism? For one your punches are too wide. You should be working on more straight punches, your footowork is off. Your back right leg often crosses too far, take short, quicker steps instead of the bigs ones you are taking. You need a LOT of work on your feet, you are weeks out at minimum just on footwork.

Your hands come back too low and too slow after you throw a shot and you leave your chin out. I imagine you dont do this when you spar but it is good practice to keep your chin tucked.

is your trainer very experienced? You remind me of guys who walk into my gym.
