With all the commotion in light of Froch upsetting Bute to win the IBF supermiddleweight title (and rightfully so) an untelevised fight between former European Heavyweight champion and world title challenger Audley Harrison made his triumphant return to the ring with a 4th round TKO over Ali adams Coming out to the classic "redemption song" by bob marley, Harrison proved to be too much for the Iraqi born Ali dropping him in the fourth round with a shot so devastating that not even the camera man could look on, only managing to catch only a glimpse of Audley's devastating power whilst hiding behind the turnbuckle in fear . . . but seriously, Audley picked up the internation masters title ( whatever the **** that is ) and now maybe in line for a shot at current british champion David Price [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQW_HUNFAhY[/ame] WAR AUDLEY!!!!
With the physical tools this guy has, he should have wiped the floor with the Klits post Lewis, alas, he is a mental midget with no heart.
thx for this bro, stellar bedtime viewing. Glad Audley beat up this bum. I think he might be able to get a fight with David Price now. Should be fun.
No problem man, after being disappointed by Cote and Frampton the Froch and Audley wins perked me back up Price would KTFO Audley but it would be good viewing and could push him further along seeing as he is yet to defend the british title
Anyone hyped up for Anthony Joshua? I think thats the next kid to make it big out of Ingerlund, at HW.
Agreed, that cat punches hard - as long as he stays hungry and don't go soft as soon as he makes a few quid - who's gonna stop him? Mitchell, Wilder, Fury, Helenius, Boystov - come on man!
Damn straight! Agreed Audley would fall like a ton of bricks vs Price. But he's still a big name here despite the no-punch fiasco vs haye and so it's a fight that could enhance Price's status in the uK quite a bit, with little to no risk. Better than a Skelton or a Sexton anyway :deal
Hope he gets in with some one like Fury/Price. Even though Price looks unstoppable atm, Audley will prove to much for either. I'd prefer to see him knock that **** Fury out first though. Hopefully; after two or three relatively easy fights, 12 months down the road, get a European shot at Pulev or whoever holds the belt at the time, why not? The guy's capable. He'd jump at a Klitscho, which is more than can be said about some of the HW division's so called contenders..
