He has improved but he will always have trouble with good boxers who move and can counter i believe.

I dont think Pacquiao can beat Mayweather (always been my opinion) but man people are getting on his case over the Marquez fights when you constnatly fight the best (Barrera X3 Marquez X3 Morales X3 Hatton Clottey Margarito De La Hoya Mosley Cotto) through your career especially at his size 9/10 you will find a style or fighter that gives you problems.
