I think he peaked in 2009. Been saying it for years really. Pac was never meant to be a WW in the first place, just that good that he could do it anyways. Technically he has had some improvements but physically he's nowhere near the beast he was when he was just a super bantamweight moving up to featherweight to demolish Barrera.
well pacman has helped boxing alot, look at all the boxing fans that love pacman and prior to him there were not even watching boxing. i think he is a good fighter but there are a few fighters i would pick him over him mainly mayweather in a semi easy fight.
