I have read how Rocky had his punch force measured

"When Marciano was destroying all challengers with his blockbuster assault, the U.S. Testing Co. was asked to measure the power of Rocky's wallop. Its findings:
"Marciano's knockout blow packs more explosive energy than an armour-piercing bullet and represents as much energy as would be required to spot lift 1000 pounds one foot off the ground." Boxing Illustrated December 1963
    Bert Sugar (Foremost Boxing Historian):"

Then of course Hatton got measured a few years back by a university.

I have seen the measurments on the shows "fight science" using crash test dummies. Of course we all remember Drago from Rocky 4...lol..but seriously, how many guys have been measured? how reliable are the measurements..i mean...using different diveses, will you get the same read...? have famous modern big punching heavyweights like Tyson or Foreman, or one of the Klitschko's ever mean measured.

a slight addition..i remember seeing on those fight science and the sports science shows both..that even no name boxers seem to hit a heck of allot harder then even noted power punching martal arts guys and MMA fighters.
