I had 2 fairly clear Canelo rounds and another 3 rounds that I felt could be scored either way. Even if I give Canelo all the swing rounds I have 7-5 GGG at worst.

 

This solves it. Close it now. If a known GGG hater had him winning it totally means he won. LoL
How do people like this remember to breathe and stay alive?

 

Still no mention of the first fight by those that had Canelo winning the close fight this time. I really can't see how the one can be viewed separately from the other. Golovkin was shafted atleast once! A subject that conveniently gets ignored these past days by Canelo fans.

 

Both fights were as different as night and day. Not sure what one has to do with the other unless you still expecting some kind of retribution in the rematch for a perceived injustices that took place in the first.

Which by they way, no doubt all this whining about a second robbery stems from that.

 

Golovkin won

 

Canelo won the first fight but GGG was gifted a draw because he was coming forward and threw a lot of jabs. A lot of those jabs were being slipped and blocked by Canelo but the judges gave GGG rounds for coming forward. Canelo was landing the better shots though and he was displaying the better ring generalship and defense. The first fight wasn't a robbery and neither was the second fight. Both fights were extremely close fights that will be debated forever. It is an insult to boxing to call either fight a robbery, especially the first fight because Canelo put on a boxing clinic in his out boxing of GGG. It was a brilliant strategy by Canelo that he employed in the first fight and he only became a brawler in the rematch because the public and his haters demanded it. And he found two different ways to beat GGG but was only credited with one.

 

Sergio Mora had Canelo winning 8-4 or 9-3 "Body shots were the difference".

Fighters scoring actually seems to suck at times.
