Lol, Dan Rafael scored it 9-3 to Mosley? Haha, I had it 8-4 for Mora, and it was a daylight robbery. Compubox saw Mosley landing 161 punches - right! There was maybe 50.

Seriously, WHAT THE **** the media was doing ringside? Mosley had no effect with his punches on the ropes and got tagged during his ineffective flurries. Mora CLEARLY bested him, CLEARLY outlanded him, seriouly, outrageous scores and absolutely manipulated stats.

That's because Mosley did win the fight, a draw is a joke

It seems the consensus is Mosley won the fight from CREDIBLE people.(I think only the only credible person who gave Mora the fight was Doug Fischer) It was a terrible fight. Mosley deserved to be the victor. But in the end who really cares. Mosley should have never choose to fight Mora, it was bad style match up from day one. Why would he fight a tall middleweight who boxes. Makes no sense. For a guy like Mora how do you win a fight running and landing only 80 punches. This fight reminded me of Cory Spinks-Jermain Taylor.

both deserved to lose. stink fest. I had it 115-113 mora. but a draw is fine with me as both looked like ****. although mora landed the more effective clean punches

    :deal

What a joke that decision was, i agree they both were quite horrible in the fight, but i think Mosley deserved it more by far, having landed more punches, he was the one coming forward and trying to make it a fight.

Good lord!! If this is true, then Mosley landed approximately 13 punches per rounds on average and Mora about 7 per round.

    1. I'm glad I didn't pay to see that crap.
    2. I hope no casual fan bought this PPV because if they did they won't be back, and they'll talk **** about boxing.
    3. Should these punch stats be placed on the "Most cringe worthy moments in boxing" thread?

Anyone outraged about Mosley not getting a decision didn't watch closely enough and let HBO dictate their opinion. Compubox's "stats" are laughable and the commentating was as biased as it gets.

Yeah in situations like these fights of this crapitude should be considered draws. Mora could've dominated but he was running more than Tyson Gay lol. Taylor-Spinks should've been a draw too.

The undercard was a good show and more than made up for the main event.

Out of 12 CREDIBLE media members. 10 had Mosley winning, 1 had Mora, 1 had it a draw. Sounds to me the consensus had Mosley winning. But in the end, Mosley mad a bad decision in taking a fight with a boxer like Mora. Bad fight, Bad Decision, Bad all around.
