I'm arguing that Floyd trying to make the fight...I know he is at fault as well but the mediator has to correct anything Floyd tells the media that is wrong..A lot of fans are questioning "when" floyd made the offer....If it really was made after the fight and he fabricated the whole thing than the mediator would have to correct him and fix any "false allegations"

Floyd siad he offered the 14 days before the mediation. So I don't see why the mediator would correct him for something that he said happened before.

Philla out of 9 hours of negotiating I would be surprised if this wasn't one of the deals brought up..I mean, its fair, its solid, and it gives a cut off date that TEAM PAC WANTED...Freddy roach said they need 5 days or so..14 day cutoff is fair..

I'm going off what Floyd said, which is that the 14 days was offered before the mediation. Therefore the mediator has no reason to correct him if its not true.

isn't that what this thread is about?

then there is no way in hell this fight should not be hapening and arum and pac would then be subjected to endless criticism. Unfornately that's not the case and people are actually seeing mayweather for what he is.

    GET OFF THE SINKING SHIP!!

The mediator has no obligation to report anything to anyone , as the terms translates , he is the middle man to get two parties to agree , not to report truths to the press , that isnt and will never be his job , right now both parties are lying , in my opinion floyd is scared of getting his ass spanked , and Manny is scared that these tests will drain him , it is that simple , both know how important this fight is and need every edge.

3.The parties and their representatives authorize that, if misinformation is disclosed to the press by either side, the Mediator would correct any erroneous information.
