    Anyone use these extensively?

I'm not talking about smashing them into your stomach, I mean stuff like:

    Running with it
    Throwing it against a wall
    Doing Push ups on it
    Doing sit ups with it
    Balancing on it
    Bouncing it

    And so on...

My weekly workout is going to consist of fast skipping twice a week, a quick run twice a week (400-500m) and general boxing training (sparring, heavy bag, pads, light calisthenics, stretching etc.) twice a week. Naturally I **** about during the day and will mess about with some isometrics to pass the time, or other strength exercises. But I also want a simple, versatile training tool with which to fill in the gaps once a week. I'm thinking either a Bulgarian bag, medicine ball or kettlebell.

I use them quite a bit.

Use them for a couple of abs exercises.
And throwing it off the wall.
Also slamming it into the ground from side to side.

Nice. These are the exercises I'm talking about.

onourway, is that side-to-side bouncing done standing up or on the floor? I can imagine doing that from a sit up position would be taxing.
