Medina claims to have thrown the JML fight

Well, if his claims are true and he feels safe now, he is maybe a little bit stupid. Looks suspicous to me: If his life was threatened, there is no reason for him to feel too safe. Or does he get life long special protection from now on?

 

looks very suspect, and even steward i think it was steward commented about the way the fight ended.

 

the logic is the same him swearing on his daughter doesnt make it more true than if he didnt swear on it,people do that all the time and manny of them are lying only a naive person would believe something is true just cause a guy swears on his family.

i dont no about legal betting in vegas but no bookies in philly new jersey or new york were taking it i called and tryed to make a bet on it to at least 30 people

 

Medina doesn't face jail time, he doesn't need to make every lie in the book to hope people pitty him and show Mercy. People would not care if he faded into obscurity, and this wasn't the first fight Medina has ever lost. The way the fight went from the opening bell suggested some foul play to begin with, and now with Medina coming out and making these allegations, just makes the whole thing seem more sketchy. He's a civilized man, I don't think he'd lie and then swear on his daughters life. Maybe I'm being naive, but I'm going to give Medina the benefit of the doubt.

na thats not an opinion if a guy believes someone just becuase they say they sware on there daugther there very naive

 

if you read my earlier posts on this thread i mentioned that i wouldnt be surprised if it was true based on what happened on the fight and thats what we should focus on not on him swearing.
btw did he said who were the people that threathened him???????

 

he got hit that one time and lost all intrest in fighting simple as that

 

It's a combination of factors.

- Medina is tough, and went 12 rounds with Bautista.
- Lopez did not land cleanly once in the whole fight
- At one point, Medina went down from an elbow show.
- He never looked stunned or particuarlly hurt.
- Lopez was shrugging his shoulders at the end. He couldn't believe it.

And now...

- Medina claims he was threatened if the fight did not make it out of the 1st round
- He swears on his daughters life thats the reason the fight ended

 

either people betting or bookies and as far as i know and everyone i tryed to put a bet in with no one was taking this fight

 

Plenty of folks thought it already seemed odd at that time, before this claim.

 

yea he clearly didnt want to fight he didnt look scared before the fight who had anything to gain by threating him though im almost 100% sure vegas wasnt taking bets if my guys werent taking bets they said vegas had no odds for the fight
