Ultimately looks fishy to me. ‘They’ picked a good puncher to pull it off. Gotta admit, when I saw it live I just thought it was down to nerves. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0Yn4dCeIf0&fmt=18
Yea thats my point, he was getting KOd either way strange how he didnt fight back, Medina can bang too.
If you look at Medina thats not a face of a hurt man. It's a man that is trying his best to look hurt, he's looking around with an expression on his face like "I hope to **** this isn't too obvious". He's probably back in Argentina where he feels safe so he can say it. We should respect him for having the balls to come out with it. The disapointing thing is I have to think "how many times has this happened and the person is too scared to say anything?". Especially on these undercard fights.
His manager has just said on the scene of boxing that this is all bull**** and he was with Medina all through the weigh in and there was nothing dodgy going on at all. Medina did some to roll over a bit too easily, it's not as if he was getting caught by big bombs, he wasn't even caught cleanly in the fight. However, I seriously hope that these claims are not true. Boxing does not need a scandal like this, especially with the fight talking place on the undercard of the the biggest boxing event of the year.
I bet he was scared shitless and quit on his own once he felt the power and made this story up while changing his tampon in the locker room after the fight.
Medina threw a total of 7 punches in that fight. Un f'n believable. That win was padded. Concepcion should have taken that fight win or lose. You don't get more exposure than being on an undercard of an ODLH fight.
Always knew he threw the fight. The moment I saw him go down(unusually quickly might I add) the first time from a barrage of punches which 90% didn't even connect, I knew there was something fishy going on. I remember JML only connecting 2 clean shots in that sequence and those 2 shots didn't seem that hard. Then the second time, NOTHING connected on him at all. Medina blocked all of it, yet still he went down. I believe him.
