these two are confirmed in the Uk prizefighter tourney as is Sosnowski - they are looking for more fighters - Could this be a chance for Leapai to step up and not only prove he is the best in the southern hemisphere but also to get revenge and clear up his loss? He almost had KJ out last time within 4.

Love the lineup so far cant wait to see who else signs on.

Kali not confirmed yet, despite a few net reports. Fingers crossed though.

Yeah - I'm hopin this comes off - I'm not the biggest fan of the format but there have been some awesome shows and anytime quality fighters put it all on the line like what is required here - it makes a great spectacle.

I agree with what you have said. I think Meehan would be hard to beat over 3 rounds too.

I sort of don't like this format but for heavyweights its pretty good.

Would be great to see a couple of aussies in this one...Good springboard for the boys to comeback.

These 3 rounders are made for Alex Leapai and perhaps Kali Meehan too.

The return of the matchmaker :good

Nice to see Ippy taking a keen interest in this proposed heavyweight comp.
Could he be circling waiting to pounce with " The Purple Boa Man " as the big sleeper to take first prize.
No doubt it will depend on Dommie performing well against Saul Farah the 31yr old boxing sensation from Bolivia.

I can imagine canny ESB punters will be putting plenty on MDM
    at very long odds.

He said now he's matching de Mori if there are any criticisms of his opponents take them up with him.

Can't wait to hear him try to justify Saul Farah :good

demori could be a wildcard in this sort of fight. he and alex had an absolute war years ago. both fighters showed they were bombers.

alex has put on a few kg of muscle since then, a heap of experience, and a better corner. but i definately see demori as a contender over 3.

Meehan is a slow starter and will get KO'd. His last effort was awful. Couldn't throw more than one punch at a time. If he is in the line up I wish him the best but to be honest I would be surprised if he gets past the first round of fights if his most recent fight is any measure.

I agree 110% spider Leapai is suited to this tournament he's straight in your face type fighter with aggression & straight in from the get go,he has mean power in the earlier rounds which a lot of heavyweights like to avoid.Leapai hurt KJ in round 2 in their last outing with KJ having 1 of the best defence in the world imagine what Leapai will do to the other heavies, just saying
In my opinion in 3x3 rounds & if you win & advance you have break time in-between fights I'll lead against Alex to take Australia to the Int-prizefighter.

you could have the choice of any fighter in the world, and be hard pressed to come up with a boxer that could beat alex over 3.
