i know many people will say either klit would smash kali meehan, but of most of the contenders, i'd bet meehan would be one of the few that wouldn't be intimidated and u could be assured that he'd throw more punches then most of them.

by the way i'm not saying that kali would ko both of them easy either, but he would be more competitive then many of them.

he has good reach, and is more than happy to trade punches, something few klit opponents do.

also it's a shame that kali hasn't kept in touch with the rankings for the other belts as both klits r not going to be around for too much longer and meehan would have as good a chance as any to win one.

I dunno man, I like Kali, and I thought he should have won by ref stoppage vs Brewster, but he was monstered by Rahman in his next fight, and has been pretty inactive lately...the Klits are just too clinical - extremely boring IMO, but precise - and I just don't think Kali is at that level.

Would love to see him give it a go though!

I'm thinking his fight with Chagaev will reveal a fair bit about where Kali is these days. It's make or break.

Meehan like nearly all heavyweights would be completely embarrassed by both the Klitschko's. Don't let Meehan's nationality/place of residence cloud your judgement.

Chagaev will destroy Kali. Inactivity & level of opponent will thunder thru in this one. Both Klits would have an easy night with Kali.

    Meehan wouldnt come close..

Meehan doesnt take shots from bighitters to well..

Danny Williams and Hasbeen Rahman near killed him.Though I will admit Hasbeen actually looked like a elite fighter that night..

Tend to agree here....if he can win this fight and show some good form then he's half a chance to compete with the big boys

Meehan is a pretty decent heavyweight but the Klits are better in every category basically, except for Wlad's chin maybe

I hate to admit it but this is true, I can see a danny williams style all guns blazing out of the blocks attack on meehan.

really needed a warm up or two before chagaev

as long as he trains properly it shouldn't be a problem.

just look at vitali. 4 years off or something wasn't it?

meehan has been training the whole time since his last fight hasn't he?
