I'll wait till the weekend to see how Beterbiev has recovered. Still can't figured out what went "wrong" with Mekhontsev. Oh, and let me repeat again - bring Bivol down to 168 to clean up.

I believe Mekhontsev will achieve great results and one of the reasons for that is his 14/10 victory over Usyk in amateurs.

Mekhontsev is stagnating like Korobov, Beterbiev looked very average in his last 2 outings, and Gvozdyk, who I've always ranked higher than either of them, is clearly opening the gap at this point.

I rate them in the same order, but probably rate Beterbiev a little higher than you. I think he has a decent chance against anyone @175, including Gvozdyk.

He's extremely strong physically, and although he didn't look that good last two outings, some of that may be attributed to rust / injury. He didn't do all that badly either; most of the criticism was about his defence, but it seems to me he didn't respect the power of his opponents.

If the right fights are made, LHW is going be a superb division in the next few years, with Kovalev, Ward, Gvozdyk, Beterbiev, Stevenson, and a number of other good prospects battling for supremacy.

I rate Gvozdyk but I think he looses to Kovalev and Beterbiev.

Yeah but he is way better than what Arum says about him.He is rating Gvozdyk higher but how you can rate Gvozdyk higher if he lost to Mekhontsev in amateurs? We can overlook results from amateur ranks but it will show in the future like it's almost always happens.

One thing is certain Gvozdyk looks good against overmatched opponents but let's see what he does against quality opposition and altough I rate Mekhontsev the highest let's see how all three will do when they step up.

Funny world Arum says Crawford have a potential to be the next superstar but in the other interview says Mekhontsev isn't progressing the way he should.Well if you give him bad opponents almost all the time you can't get great emotions from his fights.

Well, the amateur bout was pretty close, and Mekhonstev doesn't seem as good as a pro.

He's failed to knock out guys like Felipe Romero and Joey Vegas, while Gvozdyk KO'ed Mohammedi, who is much better than anyone Mekhonstev faced.
