It's hard to see a flatfooted fighter with a second grade offense beat that Taylor, even if that flatfooted fighter with second grade offense happens to have tremendous defensive abilities. Locche would put together some ridiculous sequences of defense in this one, but I think Meldrick might hold an edge when it's all said and done.
