Whether or not you think it's fair is your problem. They have well established guidelines that they've been following for years and that they will continue to follow for this fight. You say the officials should be impartial, but why would the NSAC hire and certify these guys if they didn't believe they were in fact impartial?

If the Manilla commission had a well established rule that the officials all came from a pool that was certified by the commission, then why wouldn't it be fair? People like you like to complain, but your complaints are born out of ignorance.

In the U.S, every commission is responsible for having a pool of certified officials. These guys work EVERY FIGHT that takes place under the state commission. Therefore, every state athletic commission in the US has a pool of certified officials that from the area. To say that's unfair is like saying it's unfair that a store located in Jacksonville Florida hires a bunch of employees that live in the area.
