What I would like to know is why John Murray isn't being featured on the Shobox card? No offence to O'Donnell, who is a talented fighter, but Murray is undefeated, ranked in the top 10 at lightweight by Ring magazine, has a style that would excite Americans and is a lot closer to the world stage than O'Donnell is. This could have been a big chance to get him exposure over in the States, but instead Hennessy has thrown the potential opportunity to a fighter a lot lower down the ranks and gives Murray a routine Euro title defence in a leisure centre...A recent interview in BN suggests that this type of exposure and venue is not helping with his morale. I really hope John makes the right decision when his contract with Mick expires. And Joe, thanks for posting the link - good article :good
