Unlike traditional porn, live shows on adult chat sites are not scripted and allow for genuine interactions and reactions.

    Sleep
    Good food
    caffeine at the right times
    Exercise like H.I.I.T
    Cardio and weights

That's what you should be doing as a boxer anyway. These will enhance your mind and performance.

Then include other activities that improve reflexes and hand-eye co-ordination.

Loma is the king of those. Tim Tszyu as well.

As I've mentioned so many trainers are absolute sh1t. One dimensional and sh1t in general.

You have to see everything. Not just the hands. You have to have great vision and see every part of their body.

You have to have a 6th sense so you know what's going to happen before it actually does.

The mental aspect of boxing as well as your mindset.

The physical fitness but the ability to stay calm and composed in the trenches.

    Footwork.

    Conditioning.

    Focus

The mental sharpness during duress and fatigue.

    Stamina.

    Precision, timing, speed and power.

A good chin and hard body.

    Head movement

    Countering

    Pressure

    Work rate

    Tactics.

    Kill or be killed.

    Out wit your opponent.

other tools as well which I'll keep to myself.

But yeah. **** there's a load of sh1thouse trainers and fighters who as a result never fullfilled their potential.

So many fighters at one particular gym are in the same mould.

    Pathetic.

Also, you have to have many, many game plans.

    A few thoughts of mine:

    a) Cold showers. Delay gratification often as a rule. Always gaze ahead.

    b) Running, swimming, and all the other cardio has an extremely important mental exercise built in them -- you get to practice the third gear. The sudden impulse of Mongoose-like crackhead determination. As a rule of thumb, when tired of feeling like slowing down, go faster. Action, action, action. The third gear is what separates men from boys, and remember, no matter how tought and composed he looks, exhaustion makes cowards of us all.

    c) Think. Conceptualize. Practice attention span. Don't let yourself autopilot of fall asleep. Mindfulness is extremely useful.

    d) Find good sparring partners. The ones that won't give you a headache (unless hard sparring specifically); the ones that will go for a slow sparring when you need to learn or sharpen seeing punches (so mass transfer, sense of distance, centreline conceptualization et cetera.)

I had one leftie I worked hundreds of rounds with. We could go fifteen at a reasonable pace without having to worry about our heads. Pitty pat Cuban sparring (the lighter the sparring, the higher pressure on being perfect, or else you risk making bad habits out of a safety net) has an extremely important place next to the hard sessions that teach calm under pressure, how to take a power punch et al.

When i used to spar/fight i was a ****ing wreck. But it was due to a really bad coach and constant heavy sparring with 10 oz gloves lol.

Good coach and good sparring partners which wont kill you when you are a begginer will do wonders for your mental game. Then you level up. Roadwoark, meditation and watching boxing media will also bring sort of boxing mind you need.
