Watched a few old fights of FMJ and this Merchant dick slates Floyd at every opportunity, wtf has Merchant got against Floyd, after the ODH fight he was rude to Floyd and actually got Floyd Senior to say that Oscar Won the fight !! No wonder Floyd wanted to KO him after the Ortiz fight. He is a ****ing tool and "don't know **** about boxin" :deal
If I remember correctly didnt Merchant defend the Ortiz KO or if not defend didnt go on about how wrong it was it seemed to me like he didnt object to Mayweather doing what he did but just worded the question in the interview wrong and Mayweather thought he was being criticized and flipped out i might be wrong it was like 2 yrs ago
Merchant likes fighters to mix it up. And, yes he was being an ass. Still doesn't excuse what Floyd did. If he had simply, refused to do the interview ok. But, The "Best Professional fighter in the World",to come across bullying a senior citizen, hell any citizen was just bad taste and bad judgement.
he's condescending...very rude...very disrespectful...very negative during a whole commentary. getting rid of him was the best thing hbo did. now if only they could get rid of lampley and kellerman.
