Kerobyan is boxing southpaw to mirror Cobbs and pumping the right jab up toward Cobbs' face and sometimes just scraping him with it, but the right cross is habitually missing over the shoulder. The switch-hitting Armenian is able to stay in the chest of Cobbs for a solid minute straight, backing him up and chopping down with some lefts while kneading him with the jab on the face. Cobbs is able to right the ship with a right hook on the face, proving very effective, forcing Kerobyan to retreat hastily. Cobbs dominates the final half-minute, stepping forward and whipping right hooks into the jaw.

Round 4

Kerobyan is getting backed up, staying at the very end of Cobbs' southpaw jab like a tether-ball. Kerobyan skipping from corner to corner, seeming to be thinking up a plan to dig his way back into this offensively. Cobbs losing his cool a bit, jumping in brashly, throwing right hooks up top and poking underhanded lefts on the stomach. Kerobyan staying orthodox. High guard by Kerobyan, thrusting a high left jab into the upper lip. Diving left hand lead on the body scores for Cobbs. A million jabs a minute being thrown by Cobbs, less than one percent of them landing but they're effectively winning him the round on generalship.

Round 5

Kerobyan is flooded with right jabs as Cobbs fires the lead hand at him like a piston in overdrive, keeping him momentarily pinned on the ropes while thudding into his forearms. Kerobyan does a good job keeping up a responsible guard, but is yet to punch back nearly a minute in. Kerobyan doubles a left jab up top, chopping outward backhanded with the pair of feints and then plugging a hard right on the belt line. Cobbs is dancing around Kerobyan, waving lots of quick light jabs out into the air, lulling Kerobyan, then lancing a hard left cross between his gloves. A few borderline shots from Cobbs, warned for a second time about straying low. Cobbs is comfortably gliding around the ring, snapping his pivots clear of the corners and zapping Kerobyan with the southpaw 1-2 for good measure. Kerobyan not really getting close enough to accomplish much, and there's liquid plasma completely obscuring the right sclera.

edit: holy **** they just said the Kerobyan team went to grab another towel but has RUN OUT.

Come on, stop it.

 

The ref comes over and says that if Kerobyan doesn't clearly win the round and show he can still do something effective, he's pulling the plug. The corner starts talking back to him and he yells "the blood is getting in your man's eye!"

Round 6

Kerobyan is bouncing in place, showing a left jab but pulling it halfway, and yanking up anchor to skip clockwise around the ring. Cobbs is dodging jabs on the way in and even manages to slip a sneaky Kerobyan land-mine superman right all while threading in his right jab, dusting Kerobyan's already gruesomely pureed face with it. Cobbs is falling in with an overhand left, just a watch-the-birdie tactic so he can spring up next to Kerobyan and get the jump on him, circling almost behind him to gain himself a second of composure to plan out his next move and breathe in peace. Kerobyan pressuring but not getting anything done.
