    fair enough you disagree with that bit, but Im Welsh and I just felt that calaghe should have left warren earlier, given up his WBO belt and fought RJJ earlier and showed America how good he was instead of the UK all the time.

    Im a believer that if you want to be known as a great, you have to come to America and show it. I feel that Calzaghe did it too late.

    He was a great fighter though, but I believe its an example of an undefeated champion who didnt fight the very best available - hence why I thought of Floyd

    I think you describe those groupies very well,they are fake fans they´re all about protecting the 0 and ppv numbers,they dont care if they're idol fights some scrub as long he gets a big payday they're happy.

    The cult reference fits well in this case,some of these Zombies dont have a thought of they're own whatever he says thats what it is period,theres no other version for them.

    they're also very insecure just like they're idol and they play the race card at the slightest bit of criticism.

    This being said theres a couple of his fans that are genuine fans that care for the sport but the large majority of them couldnt care less about boxing and once he retires they will stop following the sport.

    I agree with most of it but, they were saying the same about Cotto in 07/08 and then there's always Shane they could bring up too. I think the fight will happen anyway, no need to worry. The moneys right, the fight makes sense.
