I don't know what it is about that list, but for some reason taylor throws up a huge red flag. I'm sure there are some others, but again that one stick out like a sore thumb. His boxing career is all but over. Who has he beat recently that has given him the right to be ahead of Williams on P4P list? The man has not won a meaningful fight since corey spinks and that was idk, three years ago. Not to mention he has been knocked out in 4 of his last five fights.

Cause Rafael hates Williams guts in which he's only mention Williams? I've read reports that both Williams and Martinez camp is neither of these fighters has signed. When it says "the deal is in place"<<<Mostly means it's agree upon but it don't mean that Martrinez signed.
