Good news, King represents both fighters, and meeting each other in the future could be possible. I think at the moment King is hesitant to set up a match for Golota, because of a likely pull out by Vitali could mean Golota/Peter.
Actually, Briggs and Golota is a fun fight. Don't care who wins or their age or their relevance in the division. Looks like a good scrap to me. :good
This fight is a perfect for both men. The winner is right back in contention and the loser can go home. And honestly by June does anyone think that the mythic Vitali-Peter fight will even by signed, much less happening by that point???? Those two will fight by the earliest fight in Sept. and no one will be shocked if someone doesn't pull out. The winner of this fight would be primed and could step-in in the fall if there was a delay.
Sounds like a good fight, although Brigg's last fights have been stinkers because his workrate is awfully low, but his opponents are scared to come in because he has monstrous power and still a lot of handspeed. I think he'll knock out Golota early, who is incredibly slow by still pretty adept technically and showed a lot of heart against Mollo, for a change.
This sh!t fits Shannon perfectly, just rush him and tag him.. and be all over him, and he'll finish it in the first round.
And have the fight in the Mecca of Boxing... This content is protected Golota's home away from home. Being that Briggs is from Brooklyn, his fans & all the crazy Poles will sell the place out. :deal BTW, good thread by Joecool.:!:
TRANSLATION: The Garden will be filled with Poles! :deal I need joecool to get back to me ASAP! :good
Briggs is ****! God is he boring. BRIGGS-GOLOTA is the fight I personally want for AG! Permanently retire this fraud so he can focus 100% on his bodybuilding career! He'll just blame the loss on his asthma and other BS.
