    No way.

    Kenny Bayless.

    He lets the fights go on long enough but doesn't risk a fighters health.

    Smoger risk a fighters hell a little too much, just a little. Making Bayless the better. If not for that, I'd say they are pretty even.

    I always thought Mitch Halpern was good, of course, until his suicide. Randy Neuman has to be the worst.
