i currently weigh 74kg (163lb) and im fighting at 68kg (150lb). I am exactly 2 weeks out from my fight today. I will drop about 2-3 kilos from not eating as much and consume less fluids in the days before the weigh in. Then i will jump in the sauna to sweat out the last few kg. I dont have much body fat so it will be mainly water weight and not eating much to cut the weight. Is there any good methods i can use to drop 6kg easily. What process works well in the sauna? Any special diets, any info will help. Thanks..

You can lose 13 pounds in a day in water weight. There shouldn't be anything special you do. Just eat smart right now, a lot of small meals to keep your metabolism going.
i have tried hydroxyct before, it didnt really work for me. It made me feel on edge and i want to avoid popping pills if possible
-get to 12 pounds within the weight limit before you start cutting water weight any more and its getting dangerous -24 hours before you step on the scales start restricting your fluid intake -sweating; sums it up really, exercise you a sweat suit on works best for me -empty your bowels; i like to increase my fibre intake by 15 grams per day 2 days before the weigh in, laxatives can be used for this if you are really struggling -diuretics ; can be used the day before the weigh in only, can be dodgy so be careful if youi do and use natural ones like dandelion root this is all based on if your weigh in is more than 24 hours before your fight, if its the day of the fight you shouldnt be cutting much weight at all, 4 pounds would be the maximum id advise
hydroxy cut is a fat burner so it is not good for cutting water weight, it shouldnt be used, if you trained hard enough your body fat should be low enough already and using it before a weigh in wont make you lose any fat or water but will play around with your hormones, not good before a fight
the weigh in is the day before the fight. The weigh in is on a thursday night. I was also told to jump in the sauna on wednesday, dont eat much if anything that night and not much fluids, then thursday before the weigh in have another session in the sauna. Is it safe to do this method . And do you know much about water loading??
yeah i would start to reduce your food intake around on the wednesday night however starving your self aint good either, you need energy especially if your water cutting, energy bars are good because they are light and keep you ticking over. I wouldnt not eat anything though. when to start exercising or go in sauna, this all depends on where you weight is at. if your a good bit off then yeah do cut some on wednesday night in the sauna and more on thursday, however dont start doing it too long before the weigh in, if your only 2 or 3 kg's off id wait until 6 hours before the weigh in and then cut the water, no point getting down to your weight wednesday night dehydrating yourself because spending too long in a dehydrated mode aint good and your sleep on the wednesday night will be ****. Personally id do it the day of the weigh in, just severely restrict your water intake on wednesday, eat a bit less and eat foods with very little water content, get up thusday and do 2 sessions to sweat out what ever is needed water loading i have heard good stories about, i presume your talking about when you drink **** loads of water 3 days before the weigh like 2 gallons per day or some **** then 2 days before 1 gallon then the day before you drink nothing, its supposed to trick your body into releasing a hormone that makes you urinate more because your fluid intake is so high, the day before the weigh in these hormones are still being released so you still keep on pissing, i wouldnt try it now as you dont know how your body will react, you should do an experiment with it a few times see if it works because you could fill your body with water and then the day before the weigh in if you dont excrete it your gonna have to work to sweat it out you are on track man, you got 2 weeks to lose about a stone, keep training, keep eating good, cut out all foods with high saturated fats, you might lose another 1 or 1.5 kilo in the 2 weeks then by restricting fluid the day before the weigh in you will lose 4 to 6 pounds, so lets say another 2.5 kilo, that will only leave you another 2 kilo or say 5 pounds ish to shed in water, you will do that in 45 mins in a sweat suit skipping or something (provided you are well hydrated at this time), just dont start cutting back on foods and water right now, keep your diet healthy and maybe only decrease by 100 or 150 calories per day this week then the next week the same, make sure when you **** its clear and make sure it aint a little dribble coming out, last time i cut too much the week before the weigh in i was pissing only 50 millilitres every time i went for a **** for the week, not good stay healthy for as long as possible, you get a day to recover and replenish i have seen lads cutting way worse than you and they were fighting the day of the weigh in
