Salt bath the night before. Also try to get distilled water from somewhere. Drink about 5 litres of that the day before the weight cut :deal Lynchburg
I have a lot of the same questions as the OP: Does anyone cut carbs the week of the fight? To what extent? Do you sacrifice some energy/stamina on fight day by doing this? Also is cutting salt intake while water loading safe to do? Do you also sacrifice some energy/stamina on fight day? Big thanks in advance guys. :good
My main advice is to not take this ****. Let's be honest, these guys that cut 15lbs+ are taking the ****. I cut from 220lbs to 205lvs for my last outing but now I weigh 205lbs so I'll get down to about 195lbs or so a week before my next outing and cut to 185lbs. Sauna and steam room for me. Lots of hot baths. I like to drink lots of tea too. I'm not sure if that is something that helps but I just like tea :deal Lynchburg
This is true. However, it is hard to keep a 12 hour shift job, pay the bills and train at least four days a week :deal I will fight at 185lbs next time Trying to compete with HW's and LHW's is crazy because I'm only 5ft10". Lynchburg
what does the salt water do for the weight cut and distilled water what does that do. Should i load up on distilled water the days before the weigh in or just the day before the weigh in. I have heard people say they drink distilled water. What is its effect?
i also work 6 days a week, 60 hours and still manage to train 5-6 days a week. I need to eat a lot so i have the energy to train after working 10-12 hour shift. I prefer to cut weigh because if i walk around at 68kg i feel to weak, now i walk around at 74 and feel much stronger, so it actually works out better for me cutting weight. My last fight was at 72kg, the first time i had to cut weight, because all my fights before that where amateur boxing and you weigh in on the day
Training with trash bags under your normal training gear sweats it out. Have seen guys exercising in the sauna too. But that can't be healthy.
lynchburg the only thing you ever cut is a sandwich you dont even fight, go eat some food. Dont you mean you went from 205 to 220
hahahaa there is more than two ways to say that his "sugar was high" this is lardburger trying to cut weight This content is protected
