Statistically in determining which country is better you would have to know of the 103 million what percentage box.

If only 3% of Mexico's population box and 10% of Puerto Rico's population box, then MX is still better boxing producer.

Mexico is a wide country with many villages, towns, and communities with no water or power. Natives who isolate themselves, peasants who generation after generation do the same thing for a living and nothing else, people who never even seen a boxing match.

PR is supported by the U.S. and it's small enough that everyone there can basically walk to a gym.

It's not a fair comparison.

What is fair in saying though is that MX has beat PR's best. P4P MX has fighters ranked higher than PR in the ATG.
