Yeah, you rarely get a boring mex fighter. Even their "boxer" types (marquez, barrerra) are good at brawling :yep

Whoa WHoa!!!!!!!!!!!! Hold on a minute!! I like Gamboa and he is one of my current favorites but Cubans got a way to go before you start making outrageaous statements like that. I know the history of greats like Gavilan,Napoloes, Rodrigues etc etc, but in modern times the Cubans are fairly new to the Pro game and have a ways to go before making such comparisons.

Just looking at all those names I don't see how anyone can deny Mexicans of being the most exciting.

Black fighters with a few exceptions tend to play it safe in the ring. Which makes for great tactical fights but for pure raw excitement it is the Mexican fighters that regularly bring it. I am a fan of Latino fighters in general but Mexicans are by far the most exciting group of fighters on the planet.

The reason they get exposure is cause they are so exciting, ever thought of that one? Also Mexicans are possibly the biggest fans in the sport.

Eric Morales had great technical ability. The right hand leads he was landing on Pac in the first fight was pretty much identical to the ones Mayweather throws.

I would have loved to see their sparring sessions back in the day.

Speaking of Morales and sparring sessions, there is a great session between Morales and Valero. You should be able to find it on youtube. Morales is displaying some nice skills and Valero isn't bad himself. i'm usually not to impressed by watching sparring sessions but this on is great.
