    That's not what I'm saying.

The examples of two fighter that quit where given, Morales and Chavez. When these guys were prime they had to much to give and I really doubt they would of quit if put in the same situation. They would of gone till they were out cold.

With years of expirience they knew when they were breaking down and had no more to give. They can't get that second wind they once did. There's no same in quiting when you have given your best honest effort.

If Margo would of quit, people would be saying, " ahaha, you Mexicans call yourselves warriors but Margo just quit!"

When Margo fights to the end, and most are thinking he's had enough. We get that small group of idiots that say, " He's got to be the stupidest fighter out there for continuing when there ain't a chance."

Just give the man his props for taking the best from Pacquiao and not ever getting dropped. He didn't run, use low blows, rabbit punch, use excessive clinching or stay shelled up. He made no excuses afterwards, but gave Manny his credit from his hospital bed.

How is it stupid to be proud of your heritage, roots, blood, history, and country?

In the Mexican culture it is the other way around...rather die as a brave man than live as a coward.

Not really. Look at the violence in Tamaulipas. They are running for their lives.

let them mother****ers keep getting their ass kicked then...my wife is mexican and she agrees with the whole pride thing, but even she can realize this is a sport that you are not meant to get brain damaged in. There were two more mexicans beside us talking that warrior **** about they fight til the end, and she said it best, "The end came long before the 12th round"

Now if margo is the mexican pride, what if he cant box anymore because of his pride and awful corner? I guess they have to start crossing their fingers for canelo as the new MExican pride. This **** is stupid.

For crying out loud this isn't tennis gentlemen. And Mexican's aren't the only warrior people that pride themselves with this. Irish, Koreans, Phililpinos, and others have a history of brave warriors laying it all on the line. Yes, I do agree if Margarito was to brave for his own good Garcia could of stepped in, but even though it was a lost cause there was more at stake for Margarito than just the money. He was really trying to redeem himself and got the beating of his life. Duddy and Gatti were blood and guts warriors so stop your whining about Mexican fighters as if they're the only ones doing it. Ignorant twats.

Your kidding me, right? Kim, Duddy, McCullough, Ward, Gatti, Morales, Cotto, Pacquiao, Langford, Mancini, Frazier, Barrios, Ketchel, Marquez, Vasquez, Nelson. Margarito's not the first beating and won't be the last. Like I said, yes Garcia should of thrown in the towel, no hope in winning, but I think he believed Margarito just wanted to finish the fight. And that's what happened.

Exactly. Why are we even wasting our time arguing with this "Mexican".
Its prolly just some half breed chicano who goes around claiming both American and Mexican heritage when it benefits him.

Your lazy ass and getting welfare check is what brought this country to financial ruins. Unless you cut yards, work in the fields, or do construction you shouldn't have to worry. I paid my dues worked my ass off and now I own my own business, don't have to answer to anyone. Even when I lived under Section 8 years ago I was always working and have never filed to get an unemployment check. Lazy punk.
