I have difficulty with vision wearing any headgear, personally. Hate that ****. Do wear it though... it probably helps or something.
yes i dislike wearing it too. But i guess its not a bad idea considering if one spars alot of rounds... to my understanding, tyson didnt wear headgear when he was with kevin rooney, but most gyms dont let you spar without it on either
