Yes indeed, imagine Arreola in the headlines of a newspaper "NEW HW-CHAMP". People will laugh their ass off, "Is this chubby the new champ" while imagining Tyson's ripped body as a comparison... :think

    Canelo is.

Mares i had higher hopes for. I think he made a big mistake leaving Beristain.

The way he fights now his career wont be long like both of the Marquez brothers.

Had they stayed far from Pacquaio, Pacquaio wouldnt of been the fighter of the decade he is today. FACT.

Aside from Pacquaio (who needed an american trainer to get where he's at), how many more greats do you have??? Exactly.

Mexico is doing what its always been doing and what it will always be doing: Being a top force in the boxing world. :good

He'll have to look bad in his last 2 fights and/or drained, past it, or have a 1 dimensional come foward style.

Canelo has none of those attributes as of now, so dont expect this fight to ever happen. :good

    So so true.
Its such a trend its becoming more and more visible.

I actually think Canelo will end up beating up on Pac later on in his career. Im thinking Pac will retire. Have money problems and then come back for some of this young guns to beat on.

Canelo-Pac would give Pac some much needed cash.

I could be wrong, but I think it was Julio Cesar Gonzalez who was briefly the lineal light heavyweight champion.

Why do you think he have money problems? their national income is like 2k per year. Pacquiao is loaded, even if he loses a lot of money he still will be rich there. Im more worried about floyd, he spends money like water and seems like a guy without good money management.

Yep, the first man to beat Dariusz Michalczewski, the same guy everyone wanted Roy Jones to fight.

Well Pac is basically too good for his own good. He is always helping people. It seems like he is also surrounded by leeches who want his money.
Doesnt he also have a gambling problem. Once he retires that hobby usually tends to get worse.
He is also a politician and im sure plenty of other politicians will use his money.

I think those 3 things are really bad considering he seems kind of gullible. I can see politicians using the lets help the people with your money for their own advancement.
