Isnt "The Quiet Man" John Ruiz? He's no mexican, dude is a rican.

Gonzalez is the heaviest champ we've had, at 175.

Mexico is more than just "good" at the lower weights, we DOMINATE that ****. Us mexicans on average, are little people, but theres no denying our toughness. :bbb

Alvarez will be the next ATG

baldomir has arguably a better chin than pacquiao....what if he would have caught pacquiao with that shot?

especially in a year or two...

I really like what I'm seeing from Alonso Lopez, Finito Lopez's son. You know he had to have some intense sparring sessions with the Marquez bros, Mares, and Zaragosa. It doesn't get better than that.

It has to be a lifestyle thing. Mexico has an amazing boxing tradition. Mexicans in America? Though commercially successful we have not seen the same dominance. Where do Mexican American's fall anyway? Californian style?

I always say that the world is in trouble when Mexicans start using more D and boxed guys. With the heavy handedness and chin? Hard to beat. Ask anyone who has fought JMM.

How many mexicans are fighting in the pro ranks? 10 million? Just by d law of probability I think it should b a few more, considering that we have like 3 or 4 governing bodies and the 10 to 15 million Mexican boxers, I thought it will b a lot more.
