    Margarito and Oscar were FIXED FIGHTS for Pac.

    Soto would KO Cotto and Hatton easily.
    I just dont think Arum would make those fights.

    Rios chickened-out and ducked Soto too.

    after Rios beat Anthony Peterson (another hype that ducked Soto too), Rios said he wanted to fight Soto. So, Arum was gonna match up Rios vs. Soto on the Chavez Jr. vs. Al Gomez Dec. 4th undercard, but Rios CHICKENED-OUT and avoided Soto.

    So Arum scheduled Soto vs Antillon, while he put Rios vs. a tomato can named Noe Bonalos on that card.
    and since Rios didnt want to make it obvious that he's ducking Soto, he had aRum remove him from that Dec 4th PPV undercard, and move him to the Nov. 13th Pac-Margarito undercard, so that no one has to see him on the same card as Soto-Antillon and wonder...."why is Rios fighting a BUM, while Soto fights a worthy contender"??

    Now that Rios is done fighting , he says NOTHING about fighting Soto, cause he;s scared to fight Soto, just like Peterson was scared to fight Soto, which is why Peterson moved to a different alphabet group, and since Peterson moved from the WBC to the WBA, he says NOTHING about fighting Soto, cause Peterson, like Rios are SCARED to fight Soto.

    and they're not the only ones scared to fight Soto.
    Pacman, Marquez, MAB, EM, Robert Guerrero, Edwin Valero (when he was alive), are all scared to fight Soto.
