Mexico's Support for MexiMericans

You're right about the criminal element, but they uppity white folks that I work with and the ones I have gone to school with definitly have a lot of negative things to say about all races including and epsecially mexicans, and mexican-americans.

The second sentence is more telling than anything though. You are made from the same cloth and yet can't help but point out the "us vs them" aspect .

 

Even then they usually dont with their Mex-american peers (professionals).. THey have that "Oh but your different your cool sucesfull American like me .... In So cal the prejudice towards Mexicans is a behind closed doors or in A political setting, and usually only towards immigrants not Mex/Americans.

They are required to call me "Licensiado" but they do it between their teeth and I know they don't like me......I don't have the typical "Pocho" accent and they were cool until they found out I was born in Bellflower, California....

 

At the end of the day its a status thing................

Alot of the pochos that work side by side with paisas are failures anyways because the whole purpose of the paisas coming over here is so that their kids/future generations would not fair better than they did.

And if you are a pocho and didnt then it negated the whole purpose of your elders risking it crossing the border.

 

Mexicans hate American Hispanics. They feel that they abandoned their home country. Personaly, as a Real Tejano, I don't give a **** if mexicans like me or not, just stay on your side of the river.

Margarito was born in torrance I believe but hes basically a mexican! He doesnt even speak english..

Mexicans really hate us Tejanos because we kicked their assess out of Texas and told them to take their country and laws and shove them where the sun don't shine.
