Negrete is chipping away on Campos with jabs and lead rights to pierce his defenses, then working short uppercuts as he grinds inside. Body shots by Negrete, hurting Campos whose nose is bloodied. Double jab from Campos while leaning back and then abruptly ducking, then firing a sweeping uppercut from the crouch to fend Negrete off.

Round 3

Negrete is putting together left hook leads and following up with the right cross. Two of that sequence in a row land flush and knock Campos' mouthpiece out. Negrete is walking through Campos' punches and swinging wrecking balls into his midsection. Campos is making jerky motions with the head and hunkering down in a forward-leaning slouch with earmuffs on to weather the storm, then firing a wild high-climbing uppercut (and missing) when Negrete pauses to reset.

He's used to bowling guys over but his record is VERY padded.

 

Funny enough, you typically want to give the quality of competition edge to a Mexican over a Colombian, in most cases.

 

Round 4

Negrete is using quick dashes a few inches to either side or rocking back on his heels to make Campos miss his ambush attacks (rolling over the right hand, or catapulting an uppercut from the hip) and is patiently scoring jabs at medium range and uppers & body shots in close. Negrete staying within striking distance and establishing a rhythm.
