Michael buffer hof wth?

Buffer is really epic, since the first time I watched a boxing match, he's always been there , and like someone posted earlier... he is unique. I love Buffer.

 

Greatest boxing announcer ? Definitely one of the greatest ever.
Also, it´s the Boxing Hall Of Fame.
Buffer is a legend.

 

How can Buffer not be in the HOF? :huh

 

He said he began announcing fights just so he could watch them for free. He has no vocal training or anything.

 

Buffer has gone down in my estimation, seems like he's ballsing up more and doesnt really give a ****.

Yeah I remember reading a list of some of the ones he tried out but ultimately discarded and some of them were awful!! LOL

Full respect to Buffer, he helped define several generations of fight nights. He deserves to be in the HOF.

People forget Michael loves the sport of boxing. Mix that with the fact that he is the voice of boxing, and you have a guy who is a part of our sport. Just because he doesn't bleed in there doesn't mean he isn't a part of our sport.

I finally got to see him live Saturday night at the fight, and holy ****, the lead up was unlike anything I have experienced before.

 

Good for him. He deserves it

Lennon is a carbon copy of his father, who was around far longer than Buffer.

 

Buffer is a legend and deserves it whether you approve of fight announcements or not is your own problem.

 

WHY NOT! there hav been announcers for years but buff. owned it! like no other!

 

Ive been lucky enough to be at a fight in Vegasand for me Michael Buffer sent tingles down my spine when he shouted his 'lets get ready to rumble'

It makes a big fight that much bigger !
