Conlan has the goods to be a great boxer..he's a complete fighter. What weight will he be competing at?
he turned pro in like augest and wont make he's debut until march, i would have liked him to have 3 or 4 ticking over fights before that, then fight a decent opponent in march in saying that he might just jump right in with a decent opponent
i think thats a bit too much of a lofty ambition unless he is matched right, he is still young a great talent but not on the level of rigo or lomachenko or usyk he should take he's time a bit and adapt and learn, i could see him failing miserably if he pushes it too quick
Loma probably stops Conlan but Stevenson may catch Loma when he's past prime. Considering Loma is pushing for 4 fights next year and will be doing that consistently (whilst Stevenson wants around 4 years to develop) with 10 title fights and probably a LW, 'second career, more defensive' version of Loma, I wouldn't completely write Stevenson off.
What weight tho? That can be a factor in stardom.I know Frampton is popular but I feel because of his size he has a cap. Conlan definitely won't be big in the US unless he has SPECIAL talent and or can talk
loma doesnt rely on anything except technical ability, he has 10 years left imo before he is past it, stevenson as well imo might well lack the mental toughness for the pro ranks. stevenson is a complete unknown quanitity right now and has been very quie for the last 4 months, wonder whats going on
There are recent videos of him. He's turning pro at 126lbs. This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected He stated out of anyone in history, he wants to fight Lomachenko.
.... the real trio is robeisy, Stevenson, and conlan. Who was the idiot who listed little Vasyl, conlan, and Stevenson?
