most. but you will still get a ton of unionists going to the fight for frampton and nationalists cheering on conlon, calling it the fight to crown the king of the north and you have serious trouble the reason the old firm kicks off at 11am is so everyone wont be drunk that early, belfast could end up looking like a war zone after that fight
Conlon better than Valdez? Hell no. It's not even close. I don't even think Conlon is even that good of a prospect. He's feater-fisted and his defense is questionable.
How many fighters did Joshua stopped in the olympics? It's hard to knock out someone in the amateurs, he is a huge talent.
They've removed the headgear the the latest Olympics. It's easier to knock someone out than the previous Olympics. He's fast and he can move well, but that's about it. I don't think he has much of a chin and his defense is going to fail him once he steps up.
What a fool! He riles against corruption in boxing and then signs with the most corrupt and greedy promoter in the sport. Conlon must be drunk!
Ray Mercer knocked out all his opponents with headgear on and he was smaller than Joshua. His chin isn't proved yet and his defense is really good, but i get what you are saying, time will say.
Conlan is still young and has a great amateur career. I think he can make waves in the bantamweight division and could be a contender in 2 or 3 years.
No idea what to make of this... Worried it could be one of them stories where we never hear from him again until he is retiring.... Hope it pays off for him, he seems a good lad Good amateur, hopefully he can convert that
he's one of the best but not the best so you could say he's definitely overrated, gets alot of hype when there are alot better boxers and talent than him but that's boxing now a days, he's good enough to win a world title though the amateurs is just stacked with the best talent
