    YEy but he was washed up when he lost to Bowe. Not that a prime Dokes would have won but he would have made a better account of himself in that fight.

    I reckon that a prime Dokes could have decisioned Bowe. Provided that he was totally focused. Sad to hear about his illness.

    Got news for you all...... You don't beat liver cancer...... That's a hard fact of life...... Liver and Pancreas cancers are some of the worst you can get....... TRUTH!

    I wish Michael well at this point in his life.Reading some things about his background, him leaving home at 14, seems like he's been through a lot of crap.I truly hope he overcomes his cancer.Him and Greg Page were the top two young talents beside/or above Cooney in the early 80's.
