Michael Dokes versus Shannon Briggs

Dokes was the better fighter overall, but I don't know how well his chin would hold up to Briggs' power. Couldn't make a decision to vote on the poll.

 

Briggs very early Dokes late.

I think Dokes takes this if not coked up.

 

Dokes was a much better fighter...he'd be peppering Briggs all day he was a phenom.

Briggs has a punchers chance and that usually means that he'll lose.

 

Dokes would probably pull out the first three rounds by default, but afterwards would tire out somewhat, and would have his hands full in winning a close unanimous decision.

Dokes was top class when younger and fresh and presumably clean.

Briggs has a chance in the first few rounds, before gassing.

 

If Dokes is a 9 out of 10, Briggs is a 6 1/2. Dokes late stoppage, shut out on cards.
