Michael Gerard Tyson vs. Jacob Joseph Paul

Dunno if this is the place to ask, but why are all the post-fight discussion threads that popped up (as they do after every boxing event of even medium hype and interest) being spiked?

If we’re not allowed to discuss it, then why was there a (very long) live thread? Why was this thread allowed?

I seriously don’t understand ‘we can discuss it up until the moment it’s over, but after that we shall never speak of it again.’

This is Mike Tyson, one of the biggest names in boxing (and sports) history, and he had a sanctioned fight in front of lord knows how many millions of viewers. Yet I could start a thread on George Foreman vs. the Toronto Five and nothing would be done. What gives?

Some here were subject to powerful emotions though - love of Tyson and hatred of Paul were a combination strong enough to blind a lot of people to this very obvious prediction.

 

When was the last time Tyson took on a guy on the same level as Jake?

I knew Tyson had no chance, but he's that washed any shot landing in the right spot could have potentially knocked him out, you can only pull your punches so much, plus Paul was throwing single hard shots from time to time, it only takes one, the fight should have never happened, but, Mike survived relatively unscathed and has earned millions.

 

Nope. Paul is only any good when he's fighting old and retired fighters. I wish he'd make the mistake of fighting somebody with a pulse.

Jake Paul gave off strong White Buffalo vibes.

Basically he’s Frans Botha but in this case instead of building a lead and getting smashed, he stayed a step ahead of Tyson.

Paul vs. Botha would do big numbers in South Africa.

 

How longs Botha not fought.?
If it's over ten years then that's ok for Paul..
