Two highly fragile HWs. Don't blink.

    Who would have won?

    Grant would probably stop him.

Oleg wins, he hit harder, and had better skills.

I'd go with Oleg, late. right hand of course. Grant was just too big of a target in there.

    Maskaev against big men:
Ko'd Rahman twice, decisioned Sam, stopped Courage Tshabala

Ko'd by Whitaker, T-Rex, Peter, and McCall (green)

This is a good match-up. If it's a pre Lennox Lewis version of Grant, then I go with Grant by ko. A post Lewis version of Grant, then I lean towards Maskaev. Grant seemed to get very gun shy after losing to Lewis.

Was gonna say Maskaev, but U make a point...he rose from the canvas with Golota I think? Had confidence.
    He may win pre-Lewis.

If there ever was an example of a fighter destroyed internally..and overnight, it would be Grant losing to Lewis, good call.

    Interesting match.

I see the case for either.

Both were slow. Maskaev was slower of the two.

Maskaev was probably a harder hitter but it won't matter much as both had good power and weak chin.

Grant had size advantage over Maskaev but he rarely used it in his fights.

So it comes to 'who lands first'.

I can easily see it like Maskaev vs Jefferson. Or like Maskaev vs Whitaker.

It won't be a long fight.
