    British heavyweight Tyson Fury called out a member of the UK tabloid media this week over a victory recorded in the amateurs.

    Back in 2007, Fury defeated Michael Hunter prior to turning pro in London. The outlet in question printed the opposite as Hunter continues to be linked with a fight against Anthony Joshua on June 1.

    Taking to social media, an irate Fury blasted the newspaper, which WBN will not name.

    “I see ******* are at it again printing wrong information,” pointed out Fury. “Please get your facts right before you print bull s***!


    “I spanked hunter at Café Royal London. Ask the people who were there; Billy Joe Saunders and James DeGale.

    “I lost four amateur fights and Hunter is not one of them!”

    As it really went, Fury got the decision at the event.

    That was a 25% Fury and it was the only loss his opponent Maurice Byarm suffered as amateur. Byarm would go on to lose a close fight to Bryant Jennings in the pro ranks.

    Well that is a pretty high mother****ing standard you're holding him up to. That being said, he outboxed Povetkin, so he ain't all that bad now is he?
