Michael Hunter vs. Christopher Lovejoy set for April 19th.

Just a fight for him to get back in the mix. Brush off the ring rust.

 

I've always liked Michael Hunter as a fighter, I hope he can get it together for another couple fights at the top level. But I'm not confident, I get the feeling he has some out of the ring issues which have held him back.

 

Wtf? Lovejoy is awful. Hunter might as well retire.

 

What ring rust? He fought 3 months ago. In fact he fought 4 times in 2024, going 3-1.
This is an exposure fight for Hunter to stay relevant, and hopefully it leads to a payday.

Reverend Lovejoy needs to put a stop to this.

 

That's what people said before seven of his last eight fights.

 

His problems started when he was accused by the WBC of failing a PEDs test. I don't think its a coincidence.

I liked the man's father and I like him. I don't think he has any chance of being heavyweight champ at this point, but at one point, he said he was going to target bridger, and he could beat Lerena handily.

Hope he gets it together, but I doubt it.
