I remember watching the fight, and half of me hoped he would stay down - because Molitor was beating him into next week. Had he even got up, the ref may have stopped it, or his corner would certainly have rescued him at the end of the round.
The guy was ****ed and had taking a beating without much offense going the other way. I was screaming for him to stay down.
Glad someone else said that, i was starting to wonder if I was misremembering the fight, from my recollection he was getting hammered.
I remember him geting ****ed around the ring and schooled by Molitor who looked extra hyped and classy. Hunter did not look optimistic in the build up but Molt=itor looked a sure winner.

I know Molitor is a quality operator and I know Hunter was well beaten all I'm saying was that it was disappointing to see a lad, who was having his one and only crack at a world title, take a voluntary 10 count when he could have got up. I just think if it's your one and only chance that you should keep going until you are physically incapable of going any further thats all. I actually think he is (or was) quite a handy fighter
