It was also a scrappy fight with Kennedy. But Kirby is super tuff and always on top of you. after he won he said that he wanted to fight Solo.

I don't blame them! it would do wonders for a fighters popularity and more $$$$$ to knock over one of these over hyped fighters.

Yep I was there, both heavyweight fights were scrappy. The main event was good though, Waters stopping Oti with some awesome body shots. Couple of entertaining amateurs on display as well, can't recall the names though.

Unfortunetly big sol aint too keen to step things up in the boxing ring.

I get frustrated with Sol as he would pretty much ko every current domestic heavy if he bothered to take things seriously.

Fair enough its a joke with Hoppa Hopeless and Manboobs Mason boxing but Solomon was brought up with a boxer for a dad and has always been around the fightgame, eventhough he is more noted as a former nrl player.

Sol actually has Talent and the skillset to make inroads throughout the world of boxing, but like his footy career he lacks motivation and true commitment.

Very dissapointing seeing blokes drift through life not fullfilling their abilities.Sol will definetly go down as one of those blokes.

Kirby definitely has some work to do in the pro's thats for sure.
From what i have seen of him, he gets KO'd early by Aussies best heavyweights.

Personaly i think Solomon needs to be taken out of the 'Unco NRL idiot' category and viewed by all as a genuine Aussie class heavyweight.
For a guy with 12 fights there is nothin wrong with his boxing ability and if he steps up class regularly he will go alot further

yeh Sol is in a totally different league to Hoppa and any other 'unco NRL idiot turned boxer'.

Sols getting old though - its time 4 him to step it up. Kickett and Bowie are young so have plenty of time but Sol needs to get a move on.
