Manny Pacquiao doesn't want to fight against Floyd Mayweather and is looking for any excuse. He'd rather fight Floyd's leftovers than fight Floyd himself.

1st round of negotiations: Floyd offers Manny a reasonable cut off. Manny rejects.

If he wanted the fight bad enough, he would accepted the two week cut off. Manny knows he can't beat Mayweather. Mayweather is going to humiliate Manny outside of the ring first and then inside of it.

So basically they're not trying to take tests within 5 days? And if so, not on the night of the fight? But didn't Manny agree to EVERYTHING in regards to testing? Where's all the usual Pac fans with their videos of him agreeing to everything? Why is Koncz STILL out in the media saying they didn't and won't agree if it's not true?!?

Honestly what do you expect Floyd to act. During the 1st negotiatons Floyd wanted no cut off and Manny wanted 30 day cut off. So Floyd bites the bullet and changes his standards to a 14 day cut off. HE WAS WILLING TO MEET IN THE MIDDLE. So of course you would think Manny would be cool with it. But instead of saying "he compromised so I will too" he basically gave Floyd a big "**** You" and only dropped his stance down 6 days to 24 day cut off. And the only reason he did that was because the Hatton vid got out of him taking the test with no issues. If that hadn't happened he probably still wouldn't have dropped from 30. If I were Floyd I would have been pissed off too. So Floyd is basically treating them they way they did him.

I wish Floyd would agree to the 14 day cut off but I can't blame him for no longer willing to come down. At this point I don't care what the terms are as long as they fight.

Manny is afraid of needles so Roach distracts him with a cartoon, a lolly-pop and a promise to visit the toy store after training.

I honestly think this is a big part of it. At first Floyd was willing to compromise, accepted the 10 million per pound penalty although he's never had issues making 147 and when Pac wouldn't agree and went on to fight Clottey it pissed Floyd off... They knew they should have taken the 14 days then which is why at first they denied they were even offered 14 days and refused it.

Pac gets whatever he wants in every fight. This is the one fight someone won't just accept Pac's demands (7 day cutoff) and funny how the fight still hasn't happened. I've said a long while now. It's Pac's way or no fight... but they can keep blaming Mayweather. :bart
