    read the whole interview. He said the agreed to 14 in the past, but currently they wouldn't test on the day of the fight and he's not sure if Manny would test 5-7 days before the fight either

    If Manny agreed fully to it before then I'm sure he would know. He still has to ask manny about testing 507 days before the fight. If that's the case, then I guess he never agreed to do it the day before the fight.

    even when he asked him if they agreed to the test, he asks what do you mean by tests?

    So when Team Pac we agree, they could be talking about something different the whole time and really mean we agree to random blood tests,........but with a cutoff.

    On a serious note... Koncz is a jackass, I really wonder why team pacquiao hasn't fired him yet. He was spewing old **** in that interview.

    This was also in the past.

    He could have at least mentioned the issue surrounding the quote above if he understand PR.

    But then I believe idiots are a marginalized few, so who gives a damn.

    Arum and Koncz like to think that Floyd didn't want to fight because he wasn't sure if Roger would be available. I know Manny didn't agree to testing in the second negotiations, but there could be other reasons why the fight didn't get made. Maybe Floyd really did just wanted to take a break. That still hasn't been answered well
