Thats what happens with these huge entourages and camps... They get interviewed every day and positions probably change and they open their mouths when they should be shut.. I dont know what he said on that video and if he was talking blood or urine.. Who knows, maybe Manny was willing but Arum didn't wanna give up that leverage in case Floyd asks for something else... My point is I dont know anything about these negotiations except for the fact that Pac agreed to extra tests that Mayweather demanded after publicly calling him a cheater on numerous occasions..

Those fools never agreed to a 14 day cutoff. I can show you quotes from Arum, Koncz, and Manny himself to prove it. I'll tell you what though, they've continuously got away with this type of stuff, so I really can't blame them for continuing to do it.
